1. Eligibility and agreement
Ask Each AI is offered only to users aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law continue to apply.
2. The product and your AI accounts
Ask Each AI is an independent browser extension. You use your own AI service accounts.
Each AI service determines its account eligibility, subscription requirements, usage limits, regional availability, and access restrictions. You may use related features only when you have valid and lawful access rights and comply with the applicable AI service terms and regional requirements.
When you choose an AI service, the extension interacts with that service's website using your existing sign-in. Ask Each AI does not sell model usage and does not guarantee that an AI service will permit every account, location, or use.
Ask Each AI fees do not include any third-party AI subscription. Ask Each AI is independent and does not claim official partnership or approval by an AI service.
3. Your right to use Ask Each AI
While your account and plan remain valid, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ask Each AI for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Ask Each AI, its software, design, and brand remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your prompts, exports, and rights in AI outputs remain subject to your rights and the terms of the AI service that produced the output.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
- Use selected AI websites and local exports only in ways permitted by the applicable AI service terms and law.
- Do not bypass CAPTCHAs, access controls, rate limits, regional restrictions, or security measures.
- Do not scrape in bulk, resell AI website content, share or resell a paid account, or take over another person's account, device, or authorization.
- Do not use multiple or related accounts to repeatedly claim a first-purchase refund or promotional offer.
- Do not use the product for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or high-risk automated decisions.
5. AI answers and service availability
AI answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users must independently verify important information, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety, and other high-risk matters.
AI websites, account rules, and page behavior can change without Ask Each AI's control. A service may be temporarily unavailable, degraded, or removed. Safe recovery prioritizes avoiding duplicate submissions over automatically completing every task.
Ask Each AI does not provide an enterprise service-level commitment or promise that every supported AI service will always be available.
6. Plans, installation, payments, and renewal
New accounts start on Free. Current plans, feature limits, and numeric prices are listed on the Pricing page. Website prices are stated in USD.
Creem acts as the payment provider and merchant of record. The price, tax, charge currency, subscription period, and renewal terms confirmed by the user in Creem Checkout control the transaction.
Chrome Web Store, Creem, card issuers, and other distribution or payment channels may restrict installation or purchase based on country, region, currency, payment method, risk controls, or compliance requirements. Ask Each AI does not guarantee that any payment method, distribution channel, or AI service will be available in every region.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro available through the end of the current paid period.
Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, not monthly; the monthly equivalent on Pricing is only a comparison.
7. Refunds, account deletion, and local history
A first paid monthly or annual Pro order may be refunded in full within 14 calendar days under the Refund Policy.
This voluntary first-purchase guarantee generally applies once per user, account, or payment method. Renewal orders do not include another voluntary refund guarantee.
After a successful full refund confirmed by Creem, Pro access ends and we check that future automatic renewal has stopped. A partial refund does not revoke Pro. Neither refund automatically deletes local history or AI service conversations.
Canceling without a refund keeps Pro through the paid period. Deleting an Ask Each AI account is separate from canceling a subscription and does not delete extension-local history or AI service conversations.
8. Account or service restrictions
We may restrict an account, device, purchase, or feature when reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent fraud or repeated promotional abuse, comply with law, respond to an AI service requirement, or address a serious violation of these terms.
If Ask Each AI permanently ends Pro or materially removes most paid core functionality, affected users will receive a reasonable remedy such as a proportional refund, service extension, account credit, or another remedy required by law.
9. Disclaimers and mandatory rights
Ask Each AI is provided on an as-available basis. We do not control AI service uptime, accounts, models, answers, regional availability, or policy changes.
Short outages, an AI service's own interruption, sign-in problems, or a temporary service degradation do not automatically create a refund.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product, pricing, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented in a reasonable way before they take effect. Contact support if you have questions about your account, subscription, or these terms.
