Why does Ask Each AI open a separate AI runtime window?
Ask Each AI keeps extension-owned AI pages together in one ordinary Chrome window so it can coordinate selected services without moving, reloading, or taking over AI tabs you opened yourself. The window is created without automatically taking foreground focus.
Can I close, hide, or minimize the AI runtime window?
You may leave it behind another app or work window. If you close it, Ask Each AI creates it again the next time a new AI page is needed. Do not leave it minimized: Chrome may force a restored window to the foreground, so Ask Each AI asks you to restore it manually before retrying.
Why can one AI show Failed on the results page?
A failed result does not necessarily mean the same thing for every AI service. Check the exact message shown on that result card.
- The AI website is signed out, unavailable, showing a CAPTCHA, applying an account limit, or blocking the service in the current region.
- The AI tab was closed, took too long to load, or the extension could not connect to the page.
- The AI website changed its page structure, so the prompt field or enabled send button could not be detected safely.
- Chrome, the extension, the network, or the device was interrupted or suspended.
- The AI website paused in the background or never confirmed whether the prompt was submitted.
What is the difference between Retry, Recover collection, Collect again, and Send again?
Recover collection and Collect again read an existing AI conversation without sending the prompt again. Retry is used when the task failed before a safe submission was confirmed. Send again explicitly submits the prompt one more time and should be used only when the result card says the AI page did not accept the original submission.
What should I check first after a result fails?
Restore the AI runtime window if it is minimized, open the original AI page from the result card, confirm that the service is signed in and usable, and read any CAPTCHA, limit, or account message shown by that service. Then use the recovery action provided on the result card instead of repeatedly clicking.
Do I need my own AI accounts or subscriptions?
Yes. Ask Each AI uses your existing sign-in on each selected AI website. Each service controls its own account eligibility, subscription, usage limits, regional availability, and content rules. Ask Each AI does not provide model credits.
Where are prompts, answers, and history stored?
Prompts, collected answers, and complete history stay in the Chrome extension on your device by default. A prompt is sent to each AI service you explicitly select, but Ask Each AI does not upload that content or complete local history to its account service.
Does deleting local history also delete the original AI conversations?
No. Deleting Ask Each AI local history affects only extension data on your device. Manage or delete the original conversation separately on the corresponding AI website.
Which browsers and prompt types are currently supported?
The current product supports Google Chrome and plain-text prompts. It does not currently send images, file attachments, audio, or other non-text inputs.
Where can I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Pro — Not available for purchase yet Using Free does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan. Paid terms apply only when you actually purchase; viewing plans or policies does not trigger payment. Existing purchases and subscriptions remain subject to management, refunds, and necessary billing record retention even when new purchases are paused.
For an existing subscription, use Subscription in your Dashboard to open billing management and cancel. If it is unavailable, contact support. A refund request can be sent to the contact on the Refund Policy page.
Use the billing management entry for ordinary cancellation. Eligibility and timing for a first-purchase refund are explained on the Refund Policy page. Cancellation, refund, or downgrade does not delete extension-local history or AI website conversations.
What information should I include in a support request?
You may include the Ask Each AI version, the AI service involved, what you were trying to do, the exact message shown by Ask Each AI, and the approximate time.
- Do not send complete prompts or answers.
- Do not send passwords, complete sign-in links, security codes, or browser sign-in data.
- Do not send complete payment-card numbers, complete AI website pages, or your browser profile.
Contact support safely
You can request account deletion by email using the contact below. Website account deletion, clearing extension-local history, and deleting conversations with an AI service are separate actions. Receiving a request does not immediately delete all data.
If the FAQ does not resolve the issue, include only the information needed to identify the product state. Never send complete prompts or answers, passwords, payment-card details, security codes, complete sign-in links, complete AI website pages, or your browser profile.
- The Ask Each AI version and AI service involved.
- What you were trying to do and the exact message shown by Ask Each AI.
- The approximate time and, for billing questions, a receipt or order reference.
